About WorkVigil
Built for work that has to be proven
WorkVigil is a work-management platform for companies with several departments and sites. It keeps what was asked, what was done, the evidence and the approval in one record, and turns those records into the numbers managers act on.
Why it exists
“Done” should mean something
In a company with many teams, a task marked done says very little. Was the checklist followed? Is there a photo of the finished job, a reading, a signature? Did the person responsible agree? The answers tend to sit in chat threads, spreadsheets and paper files, and nobody can put them together on the day they are needed.
WorkVigil puts them in the task itself. A task carries its checklist, the evidence it requires, its approval and its SLA clock, and it cannot be completed while something required is missing.
Because every task is recorded the same way, the reports come from the work: what is overdue, which SLA is at risk, how each team performed.

Proof belongs to the task
Checklists, forms and evidence are part of the task, not attachments in a chat. When the task is completed they are locked.
Nothing quietly disappears
Tasks, projects, comments, evidence and documents are archived, never erased by a user. The audit trail is permanent.
Each customer on its own
The database itself keeps one customer's workspace apart from every other's, with row-level security. It does not depend on the application remembering to filter.
Desk, tablet and phone
Every screen is designed and checked at three sizes. On a phone, My Work, the calendar, recurring work, approvals and alerts are the five tabs at the bottom.
Checked before it is called done
We hold our own work to the product's standard: a feature counts as finished when automated tests have verified it, from the database rules to the screens.

WorkVigil is a service operated from India. Prices are in Indian rupees and invoices carry GST.
